We engage adolescent youth from local communities and visiting youth from other regions in applied hands-on science and conservation as they learn about and help protect threatened species and habitats. This includes responsibility for forward-looking financial strategy and hands-on supervision of daily and annual accounting needs. </p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">The Finance Director will play a critical role in collaborating with the senior leadership team in strategic decision-making and operations in service to quality programming, building internal capacity, and continued learning.
