<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria;">Since 2014, MWA has offered exciting opportunities to new leaders through our Fellows program. Our Fellowships are designed to create and support an opportunity for an emerging leader in the conservation
movement, provide experiences and professional development opportunities, and increase the influence of new and diverse perspectives in Montana’s conservation movement. Conservation Fellows are </span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Gautami;"></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria;">integral
members of MWA’s program team.</span><br>
