discuss End of Life issues, Quality of Care options and the Culture of Silence that prevails in our society.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:9.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:9.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The October 24th event features the video presentation, "End Game" which weaves together three stories of visionary medical providers who practice
on the cutting edge of life and death, helping to change the way we think about and make choices about how we live our lives as we near life’s end. Their commitment is vividly embodied in their interactions with their terminally ill patients and their intimate
and emotional moments with caregivers, patients’ families and loved ones.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:9.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:9.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The presentation will be followed by an open discussion among the audience and professionals from both companies including Chaplains, Social Workers,
RNs as well as Hospice family members who will be sharing the importance of end of life conversations with family, care givers and medical providers.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
