Dear Missoula,

Mariah Crossland and I were in a documentary film titled We
Are Many which was released in 2015, though it has
never played in Missoula. Now is your chance to see it as part
of a live-stream event on Sept. 21.

Sept. 21 is UN International Peace Day. In honor of that the
documentary We Are Many is being broadcast worldwide
as part of a livestream event.

WE ARE MANY is the never-before-told story
of the largest demonstration in human history, and how the
movement created by a small band of activists changed the
world. This fearless, thought-provoking documentary is the
remarkable inside story behind the first ever global
demonstration, and its surprising and unreported legacy.

The Subject:
On Feb. 15, 2003 over 20 million people demonstrated around
the world to try to prevent the US war against Iraq.
Demonstrations happened on every continent on the planet.
Including Antarctica.

Mariah Crossland and I are interviewed in the film because she
and I were among the organizers in McMurdo Station, Antarctica
who formed human peace signs that day. For those Antarcticans
among us, Karen Joyce and Andy Young are also included. (Of
course, there are far more well-known people in the film like
Noam Chomsky, Tariq Ali and Media Benjamin) Here's a link to
the trailer: <a
