Skill Building Workshop

Friday, April 30th from 10am-Noon (MST)

(Via Zoom)

None of us sees or experiences the world in quite the same way. As a result, conflict is natural and ever present. Yet many of us have not yet developed conflict resolution skills. Many of us avoid, freeze up or strike out when in conflict. Why is that?

This interactive skill building workshop explores all of the ‘it makes perfect sense’ reasons many of us feel less than positive about conflict as well as provides opportunities to build emotional intelligence skills, resiliency skills, and provides skill building aimed to help us sort out and think well about conflicts.

At the end of this workshop most participants report they feel much more comfortable with conflict and feel ready to build effective conflict resolution skills.
