Greetings,



We are excited to announce that the Swift Center in Missoula will provide a
venue for an online course entitled *Transforming Business, Society, and
Self *offered through Massachusetts Institute of Technology U.lab.  This
FREE 8-week MIT course starts on *September 10th* and focuses on helping
participants develop leadership skills that are grounded in concepts of
self-reflection, listening, and collaboration.



Learning outcomes include:

   - The leadership knowledge that matters most: self-knowledge (Who am I?
   What is my Journey and Work?)
   - Capacities of deep listening, precise observation, and dialogue
   - Practices for creating institutional innovations that generate
   well-being in society

The course includes weekly sessions, five are live that will be watched as
a group; five are pre-recorded videos that students watch on their own. EPI
will host the five live sessions and other meetings at the Swift Center
conference room. The group will decide on additional meetings as needed.
