[MCN] MCAT has a TelePrompter for NPO's Civic Groups

Dear Missoula Colleagues,
Missoula Community Access Television has recently purchased a Teleprompter.
The device is used to allow a "television announcer" the opportunity to look
directly into the camera (and by extension the "eyes" of the potential
viewer) while reading from a script.
The device is a little pricey and I purchased it for MCAT in the hopes that
a number of non-profit and civic groups would be able to use it to make
short public service announcements for their organizations. Please consider
this note your formal invitation to use it! Your finished PSA can be used on
your website or sent to the local tv stations.
