[MCN] 39th International Wildlife Film Festival kicks off Saturday. WildWalk & Wildfest on Sunday

Welcome back to the wild! The IWFF is back at The Roxy Theater April 16-23
and it all begins Saturday with several great films!

We open the festival on Saturday, April 16 with YELLOWSTONE and MOOSE: A
YEAR IN THE LIFE OF A TWIG EATER at 5pm and RACING EXTINCTION & POWER OF
NATURE: WOLVES at 7:30pm

Get ready to Wildwalk on Sunday. The ever-popular parade and festival is
back! Dance, crawl, swing and slither through downtown Missoula as our
wildlife parade roars down Higgins Street at 12:00pm. The parade ends at
Caras Park for WildFest (12:30-3:00pm). Both events are FREE AND OPEN TO
THE PUBLIC Enjoy live entertainment, face painting and concessions with
your fellow wild animal revelers – plus a fun fun fun FREE concert with The
Salamanders. If you'd like to participate in the parade, Wildwalk lineup
begins at 11:30am at the XXXs.

This year’s festival includes over 50 of groundbreaking and inspirational
films from around the world and some of the most talented wildlife
filmmakers working today. With dozens of opportunities for exploration,
discussion, and insight, this year’s event will welcome filmmakers,
industry executives, scientists, conservationists and enthusiasts from
around the world to participate in screenings, Q&As, panel discussions,
roundtables, workshops, and other free events at The Roxy and The
University Of Montana. Nurtured by the enthusiasm of Missoula’s local
community, this year’s festival brings a world of issues and ideas to our
mountain town.
