[MCN] Ecology Project International looking for a tenant to share our space

Ecology Project International is looking for a tenant to share our
beautiful and historic work space. EPI is a nonprofit educational
organization whose mission is to improve and inspire science education and
conservation efforts worldwide. Ideally, the tenant (either an organization
or individual) shares our goal of moving the world towards a more
sustainable and just future. The space is on our 3rd floor, approximately
350 square feet, with access to a shared kitchenette, bathrooms, and
conference room. It has amazing light, air conditioning, fresh paint and
new windows, and a great location right off the hip strip and riverfront
