State and National Artists Recognized at MAM’s 45th Benefit Art Auction
First Friday: January 6, 5–8 PM, Recognition of Artists at 7 PM
45th Benefit Art Auction: February 4, 5–9 PM, University Center Ballroom at the University of Montana

Missoula, MT / January 4, 2017 / Missoula Art Museum (MAM) – Missoula Art Museum will celebrate its 45th Benefit Art Auction Exhibition on First Friday, January 6, 2017, from 5-8 PM. A special recognition of the featured artists will take place at 7 PM. MAM will feature the works of 82 Montana-based and nationally-known artists during the live and silent auction, which will take place on February 4, 2017. Museum guests and visitors can preview the artworks January 6–February 1, 2017 at MAM.

The benefit art auction is MAM’s largest fundraiser of the year. It provides critical support for MAM’s contemporary art exhibitions, educational programming, and the museum’s longstanding commitment to free admission and free expression.
