> 1. A friendly reminder that we will be having an Update Training this coming Friday from 1:30-3:00pm. This training we will talk about empathy in a large group about empathy, and then do job-specific break-out sessions to get on the same page about our volunteer jobs. We would love for you to make it to this one if you can!

> 2. We still have LOTS of Gift Wrapping Shifts that we need help with! Here's the most updated schedule of needs for those shifts:
> Saturday, December 15th: 9am-1pm (need 2 more people); 1pm-5pm (need 3 more people)
> Sunday, December 16th: 11am-2:30pm (need 1 more person); 2:30pm-6pm (need 4 more people)
> Monday, December 17th: 3pm-6pm (need 3 more people); 6pm-9pm (need 3 more people)
> Tuesday, December 18th: 3pm-6pm (need 2 more people); 6pm-9pm (need 3 more people)
> Wednesday, December 19th: 3-6pm (need 1 more person); 6-9pm (need 2 more people)
> Friday, December 21st: 3pm-6pm (need 2 more poeple); 6-9pm (need 4 more people)
> Saturday, December 22nd: 9am-1pm (need 5 more people); 5-1pm (need 9 more people); 5-9pm (need  more people)
> Sunday, December 23rd: 2:30pm-6pm (need 6 more people)
> Monday, December 24th: 11am-2:30pm (need 8 more people); 2:30-6pm (need 8 more people)
> 3. This ROOTS Thursday I need one able-bodied person to help with ROOTS clean up from 2-4pm if you are available. Lots of moving pallets!

> 4. A friendly reminder that Monday, December 17th we will have a holiday potluck from 12-1pm.  Bring your favorite holiday dish if you'd like!­
