WHAT: A Public Hearing on Grizzly Bear Protection in Montana

6:30pm, Holiday Inn Downtown, 200 S. Pattee, Missoula, SEPTEMBER 26th



WHY: The Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is taking public comment on the Conservation Strategy for NCDE grizzly bears, a prerequisite for removing Endangered Species Act protection through “de-listing.”

Please show your opposition to trophy hunting of grizzly bears and your support for habitat protection, linkages and the Endangered Species Act!

 

Flathead-Lolo-Bitterroot Citizen Task Force and Imagine Brewing are sponsoring a pre-hearing information and comment writing party at Imagine Nation Brewing, 1151 Broadway in Missoula, September 20th from 6-8pm. We’ll begin with a short program on grizzly bears in the Northern Rockies by independent consultant Mike Bader. Have a beer, get information and take action!
