PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR
The National Forest Foundation (NFF) seeks a regular, full-time Partnership
Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the advancement of
partnerships between the U.S. Forest Service and community and
interest-based organizations, local and state governments, tribes, and
other entities.
Duties include: Creating and maintaining a timeline and workplan;
developing an interview plan; conducting phone and in-person interviews
with U.S. Forest Service personnel and partners; documenting lessons,
challenges and opportunities.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resources, Community Engagement, or
Partnership fields is preferred, and/or five years’ experience; a strong
interest in effective public-private partnerships, conservation issues, and
a nonprofit environment is necessary. Proficient with Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint; basic graphic design skills and familiarity with common
software platforms. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong
ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; well organized; works well
and is flexible in a team-oriented environment and is committed to the NFF
mission.
This position is located in Missoula, Montana and requires frequent travel.
