> Consumer Direct Care Network-Hospice has partnered with Community Medical Center to present a two-part Conversation Series this Fall that will discuss End of Life issues, Quality of Care options and the Culture of Silence that prevails in our society.
> The event features a video presentation, "Consider the Conversation" followed by a panel discussion and Q and A. Professionals including the Hospice Medical Director, Chaplains, Social Workers and RNs from both companies will be talking about the importance of end of life conversations with family, care givers and medical providers.

> We invite you to join us at Community Medical Center, 2827 Fort Missoula Rd., on September 26th from 6-8 pm in Conference Rooms I and J which are accessed through the Rehab entrance at the Hospital.

> The second event will be on Thursday, October 24th from 6-8pm at Community Medical Center.

>  These events are meant to start community conversations about end of life options to gain awareness; become empowered and improve quality of life at the end of life.
