To ensure clean energy jobs are a part of the new economy we need to lift job-killing regulations that don’t allow them to compete with dirty fossil fuels. 

I lost a case in district court that would have lifted the cap on the amount of renewable energy that can be net-metered, thereby creating new jobs and lowering electricity bills for businesses and individuals alike. The court said my organization didn’t have standing to sue the Public Service Commission. The Attorney General could bring the same or a similar lawsuit and have standing to sue.
