Missoula Childbloom Guitar Program to hold 20th anniversary art guitar fundraiser for Watson’s Children’s Shelter and student jam session.
       The Childbloom Guitar Program is celebrating it’s 20th anniversary as a private music school for Missoula area kids and teens this month. To mark the occasion, Childbloom is holding an event this Sunday at Pineview Park to display and auction off broken guitars that have been turned into art pieces by families who take lessons at the program. The funds from this event will support donating guitars and a guitar lesson series for the Watson’s Children’s Shelter residents. Along with the art display, Childbloom Instructors will be leading a socially-distanced student jam session, a collaborative non-performance group music experience. The public is welcome to attend to view the art guitars and enjoy the music. Jam session participation is limited to Childboom students and families. The event will run from 3:30-5:30pm.
