[MCN] Seeking a rental

 Hey Missoula,
I am a semi retired woman who is seeking a rental out in the country. I've
lived in the South Hills for the last 9 years and have a really good
relationship with the homeowner here.
I do have 2 dogs and would need a fenced yard. A garden space would be a
big bonus. I'm looking for a long term rental.
I am simply longing to be a little more off the beaten path. If someone has
a second dwelling or mother-in law unit on their property that they want to
rent, that would definitely be something to talk about.
I have excellent references.
