[MCN] Westside home available for short term rental this fall

Hey Missoula,

My family will be out of the country October 6 - December 13 and are
looking for a reliable and respectful person/people to rent our home while
we're gone. We'd ask for some minimal help with upkeep (watering indoor
plants, raking leaves/snow removal, taking in mail). A few details about
the home:

- Available October 8 - December 11
- older house with lots of character & natural light. Fully furnished; this
is not an airbnb, it is our home.
- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; one bedroom is set up as a kids room with twin
bed and crib
- recently remodeled kitchen with dishwasher
- large fenced backyard with deck
- Wonderful Westside location, around the corner from the #2 bus & just
over a mile from downtown
- no pets, sorry :(
- Rent is $1800/month, plus heat

If you know anyone looking for a short-term rental during this time, please
send them my way! When you email, please tell me a little about yourself
and, if possible, include a prior rental reference. I can send photos upon
request.

We'd prefer someone who could stay the entire time we're gone, but
potentially open to a shorter stay.
