[MCN] Reminder: Homeword Classes October-December 2022

This is your monthly reminder about our upcoming Homeword financial skill building and homebuyer classes. Thank you for sending this information out to your constituents.

We are still offering the Matched Savings Program with NeighborWorks Montana. That means the money a participant saves, up to $500, will be matched for a potential of $1,000 in their account. Through this program they also get tools and advice for setting a household budget that includes continued saving, increasing their credit score and reducing their debt. Participants can complete the requirements with either our financial educator or our homebuyer educator.

Hello! I'm excited to introduce myself to you. I'm Homeword's new-as of April 2022-communications manager, Andi Armstrong. I've also copied on this email our new office manager, Laurel Ramsdell.

Thank you so much for sharing information about our HomeOwnership Center programming with your constituents. Attached are our flyers and brochure updated for October through December.

Would you mind taking a moment to respond to this email to tell me how you use Homeword materials, who you share the information with, and how you share it? I would greatly appreciate it. If you no longer use our materials and would like to be removed from this email list, please let me know.

Our big news is that, for a limited time, participants in our Financial Skill Building class who complete one-on-one coaching sessions will be eligible for $500 in matched savings. Anyone who's interested can email katie at homeword.org<mailto:katie at homeword.org> or sign up for our Financial Skill Building class for details. There's a little blurb about it on our Financial Skill Building class flyer.
