[MCN] Ideal renter?

Does anybody on this list know somebody who really needs a low-cost room
and would be happy with a basement room with egress window, semi-private
entry, and semi-private bath?  Any age and gender, but must have
sustainable (low footprint) lifestyle, and physically able and willing to
do some household and garden work in exchange for very low rent.
