Ecology Project International is hiring a Yellowstone Program Manager! The
program manager leads the Yellowstone program team--supervising three
full-time program staff and up to 11 seasonal field staff--and they are
ultimately responsible for providing vision and strategic leadership for
our Yellowstone Wildlife/Winter Ecology programs and the Bitterroot
Wildlife Internship. In addition to high-level program management, the
program manager will also be responsible for certain aspects of program
implementation, including maintaining existing and fostering new
relationships with research and community partners.

An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience supervising staff,
developing and implementing field education programs, overseeing program
budgets and finances, field experience in the Greater Yellowstone
Ecosystem, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion--with a
particular emphasis on building and stewarding relationships with Tribal
partners and communities, to develop and provide field education programs
for Indigenous youth.

Position is based in Missoula. Salary range is $57,076 - $62,784, depending
