Sussex School, an independent K-8th Grade school in Missoula, seeks a
part-time counselor for 5th-8th grade students for the 2015-16 school year.
The position is 10 hours/week.

*Job Summary*


   - Work with 5th-8th grade students and staff to build social and
   emotional literacy.
   - Communicate with staff regarding student development and progress by
   identifying current needs and actions to be taken.
   - Work closely with K-8 staff on how to increase the emotional literacy
   and interpersonal communication skills of all Sussex students.
   - Work with individual students and small groups to better student
   communication skills among friends.
   - Work to create a climate that promotes health and well-being for all
   students.
   - Compile and gather resources for 5th-8th grade staff to use in the
   classroom.
