[MCN] place to rent

Hi, I am looking to create a post stating that I have an interest in
renting an apartment from a clean individual, for about $700/mo.  I am a
professional at the university as well as a post bacclaureate studebnt. I
am clean and respectful, and am a personable individual.  I am not sure how
