One of the easiest ways to win an environmental lawsuit is to show the
court that the government is lying to the public.

Cottonwood is going to win its next (third) lawsuit against the U.S. Sheep
Experiment Station by showing the court that the federal government is
lying to the public in regards to human safety.

Page 50 of the recently issued Final Environmental Impact Statement
<https://www.ars.usda.gov/ARSUserFiles/20560500/USSheepExperimentalStationGrazingandAssociatedActivitiesFinalEnvironmentalImpactStatement.pdf>
(EIS) says “Herders have not encountered grizzly bears on these lands.”
Page 52 of the EIS defines an "encounter" as “any interaction between a
grizzly bear and a human, from sightings to altercations that result in the
death or injury of either the bear or the human.”

Cottonwood secured internal agency emails (attached) through a Freedom of
Information act request that state the sheep herders have been chased by
grizzly bears. In short, the government is lying to the public and putting
people's lives at risk.

The Trump and Obama Administrations have both tried to eliminate grazing
and protect human safety, but a certain U.S. Senator from Montana got
involved...

Please watch this 30 second video
<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNl_eVJNVy4> showing the 16,600 acres we
are working to protect and then pick up the phone or send an email to
protect humans and grizzly bears.

Thank you in advance.
