Doug Peacock, grizzly bear expert, Green Beret Vietnam veteran, author, and wilderness warrior has been defending grizzly bears and wild places for the past four decades. Peacock is the real-life model for Hayduke, in Edward Abbey’s The Monkey Wrench Gang.
