> Consumer Direct Care Network-Hospice has partnered with Community Medical Center to present a two-part Conversation Series this Fall that will discuss End of Life issues, Quality of Care options and the Culture of Silence that prevails in our society.

> The October 24th event features the video presentation, "End Game" which weaves together three stories of visionary medical providers who practice on the cutting edge of life and death, helping to change the way we think about and make choices about how we live our lives as we near life’s end. Their commitment is vividly embodied in their interactions with their terminally ill patients and their intimate and emotional moments with caregivers, patients’ families and loved ones.

> The presentation will be followed by an open discussion among the audience and professionals from both companies including Chaplains, Social Workers, RNs as well as Hospice family members who will be sharing the importance of end of life conversations with family, care givers and medical providers.

> You are invited to join this important conversation on October 24th from 6-8 pm at Community Medical Center, 2827 Fort Missoula Rd., Missoula in the Gallagher Room which is accessed from the Rehab Center entrance.
>  
>   These events are meant to start community conversations about end of life options; gain awareness that hospice is not a code word for giving up and become empowered to improve quality of life at the end of life.
