Join us for a heart-opening evening of community as we welcome the longest
day of the year. Immerse yourself in sunshine and song while on a plant
walk discussing their benefits for hormonal health. Embrace the sweet
energy of summer by creating honey infusions. Be guided in creative
visioning and explore the "what ifs" of your heart's desires.

   Riverside Plant Walk and Songs: Learn about native plants and their
   traditional uses, including those supportive of cycle balancing. Lift your
   spirits with joyful song and deepen your connection to nature’s magic.

   Honey Infusions: Immerse yourself in the heart-opening essence of roses
   as you create your own jar of rose-infused honey, a symbol of radiant
   self-love.

   Creative Visioning: Tap into the expansive energy of the solstice to
   cultivate your most vibrant vision.

Presented by Lily Sussman and Melissa Lafontaine:

   Lily holds an MSPH from Johns Hopkins and an MAT from National Louis
   University. She is a certified herbalist via Green Path Herb School and a
   yoga teacher and is certified in Children's Yoga and Trauma-Informed yoga.
   Lily owns a non-profit strategic planning and evaluation consulting form,
   LAS visions, and offers her services to us.

   Melissa is the founder of Earth Within Girls
   <https://earthwithingirls.org/about> and holds an MS Environmental
   Studies. She is certified in Herbalism via Green Path Herb School,
   Ethnobotany via Salish Kootenai College Extension, Urban Farming via The
   Youth Farm Brooklyn, NY.
